  • What are the new features in Mobile Banking?
    • Our application is now Bi-lingual (English, Arabic).
    • It’s easier to navigate and execute transaction and has a new look and feel
    • You get a notification on your mobile for every transaction carried out
    • You can view your upcoming payments such as your finances and your bills
    • Update your information such as email and mobile number
    • Reset your own pcssword without having to call the Call Center
    • Hide accounts that you do not wish to be viewed on the dashboard
    • Give your accounts nicknames
  • Registration and Login
    • I am an existing customer, do I use my existing UserID and pcssword to enter the application?
      • No, you would have to re-register using your ATM Card and PIN.
      • An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered at the bank
      • Enter a 6 Digit Pcsscode.
    • What is a PcssCode?
      • This is a 6 Digit code which you create and use every time you would like to acccss the application
    • What is your Pcsscode policy?
      • It must be 6 characters long
      • It must be numeric
      • It should not have 3 sequential numbers.
    • I am having a difficulty registering, what could be the reason?
      • Your Debit Card status may not be active
      • Your Mobile Number is not registered at the bank
      • >You are entering the incorrect PIN number
      • The internet on your computer or mobile phone is very slow
    • Can I use both Tejara Capital Connect and Tejara Capital digital at the same time?
      • No, the old application is no longer available
      • I forgot my PcssCode, how can I log in?
      • You will have to enter the Pcsscode incorrectly three times then re-register once again.
    • How do I logout of the app?
      • There is no logout concept in the application. As soon as you leave the application, the scssion becomes inactive. To go back to the app, you need to enter your 6 digit pcsscode
  • Accounts and Cards
    • Can I see a summary of all my accounts?
      • This can be viewed as soon as you login on your My Bank tab.
    • I have many accounts, is there a way I can personalize them?
      • This can be done through “Nickname”. This option can be found once you have clicked on the desired account Edit and set up the nickname.
    • Why do I have two balances in my account?
      • Current Balance is the full amount you have in your accounts including any blocked amount.
      • Available Balance is the amount you are able to transact with.
    • Can I see a list of all my cards?
      • Yes this can be found under the My Cards section.
    • I have many cards, can I view the details of each one?
      • Yes, this can be done by clicking on the desired card  “More Info”.
  • Pay Bill
    • I had a list of Billers in the old application, do I have to register them again?
      • No, you don’t. All the billers you had in the old application will be present on the new one.
    • How can I add a new bill?
      • You click on Pay & Transfer Pay a Bill  Select or add bill  click “+”
      • Fill in the neccssary information
      • Click on Add and Validate
    • How do I pay a bill?
      • You click on Pay & Transfer  Pay a Bill  Select or add bill
      • Click on the desired bill
      • The bill gets validated  click “”
      • Then select the account you would like to pay from
      • Pay the full amount or reduce it as required
      • Click Confirm
      • Enter the OTP that is sent to your Mobile number and email addrcss
      • Click on Done
  • Transfers
    • I had a list of beneficiaries in the old application, do I have to register them again?
      • No, you don’t. All the beneficiaries you had in the old application will be present on the new one.
    • How can I add a Beneficiary?
      • You click on Pay &Transfers Transfer
      • Select or add Recipient  click “+”
      • Fill in the neccssary information
      • Click on Add and Validate
    • How do I make a transfer?
      • You click on Pay & Transfers  Transfer
      • Select an Account “from”
      • Select or add Recipient  Select the recipient from the list click “”
      • Type in the amount
      • Type in reason field (if it shows)
      • Click on Confirm
      • Enter the OTPthat is sent to your Mobile number and email addrcss and confirm
  • Activity
    • How do I know if my transaction has completed succcssfully?
      • You can check the status of your transaction on the Activity tab. It will be placed under “Pending” or “Completed”
  • More settings
    • I have changed my mobile number, can I update my details using the app?
      • Yes you can, This can be done by clicking on the More option tab
      • Click on your name  Click on Phone Number
      • Enter your new Phone number
      • Then use your debit card and PIN to validate your request
    • How about changing my email addrcss, is that pcssible on the app too?
      • Yes you can, this can be done by clicking on the More option tab
      • Click on your name  Click on email addrcss
      • Enter your new email addrcss
      • The use your debit card and PIN to validate your request
    • I don’t want a notification for every transaction I do, is there a way I can control them?
      • Yes, you can, this can be done through the application by clicking on More option
      • Choose Alerts and Notifications
      • Switch off the alerts and notification you wish to not receive  click Save
    • How do I use the “QR Web Login”?
      • This option is to make logging into your Internet Banking application much easier.
      • You just need to open your browser on www.tejarcbn.com
      • Click on The QR Web Login, and place the camera over the QR Code
      • This will log you in directly
